Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts,, (breasts should be 4 ounces each)
  • salt and fresh ground pepper,, to taste
  • ½ cup low sugar honey barbecue sauce,, divided
  • 1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks,, drained
  • ½ tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Lightly coat a baking dish with cooking spray.
