- 2 1/2 cups Whole milk
- 8 oz Velveeta cheese
- 8 oz mild cheddar cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried mustard
