- 4 MEDUIM size chicken breasts ( About 2 Lbs)
- 1 Tbs olive oil
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 3 tsp lemon pepper spice
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 zest and juice of a whole lemon
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 3 Tbs of butter

- Bake at 375 F 30 to 40 mins
- Baking time depends on how thick your chicken is, start checking for an internal temperature of 165F after 30 mins.
