This Buffalo Chicken Wrap is one of my favorite easy meals, loaded with juicy buffalo chicken, crisp fresh veggies, melty cheese, and creamy dressing, all wrapped up tightly in a soft flour tortilla. It’s fresh, flavorful, and the perfect balance of spicy, crunchy, and satisfying in every bite.

Wraps are one of the easiest meals to make at home, and honestly, they’re just more fun to eat than sandwiches. They come together quickly, are easy to customize, and always feel like a delicious lunch or easy dinner the whole family can get excited about.
These buffalo chicken wraps are especially good because they’re packed with bold flavor while still tasting fresh and balanced. The buffalo chicken brings that signature tangy heat, while the crunchy veggies, cheese, and creamy dressing help mellow everything out and make each bite extra satisfying.
The spice level in this wrap is fairly mild thanks to all the fresh toppings and creamy ingredients, so it’s a great option even for people who don’t want something too intense. But if you love a little extra heat, adding more hot sauce is an easy way to turn it up and make it even more irresistible.
This is one of those quick and easy chicken wrap recipes that’s perfect for busy days, simple lunches, or low-effort dinners when you still want something fresh, hearty, and packed with flavor. Once you make it, it’s easy to see why it becomes a family favorite.
