You won’t believe how easy this Classic Shrimp Scampi that comes together in less than 30 minutes, and perfect for those busy weeknights! This may be hard to believe but this really comes together very quickly. It’s quick, it’s simple, it’s fast, and it is so so good.
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb spaghetti pasta, you can use more pasta if you please
- 1 lb shrimp
- 1 cup white cooking wine
- 6 tbsp salted butter
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 2 tsp chilli flake
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 lemon (Juice)
- Salt to taste if you use unsalted butter
