Ingredients

  • 1 tube of refrigerated pizza crust
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter, melted
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 3/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese, feel free to add more!
  • 1 Tablespoon Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  2. Roll out the pizza crust onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter and crushed garlic. Brush the mixture evenly over the entire surface of the pizza crust.
  4. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses evenly over the crust, then finish with the dried oregano.
  5. Before baking, use a pizza cutter or large knife to slice the cheese-covered crust into 16 equal rectangles.
  6. Bake for about 12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and cut along the lines again before serving.
