Pasta Chips

This viral TikTok pasta chip recipe turns simple rigatoni into crispy, golden bites in the air fryer that are perfect for dipping. It is crunchy, salty, and packed with bold Parmesan garlic flavor that makes it seriously hard to stop eating.

At first the pasta chips trend might seem a little questionable, but once you try them, it makes sense. The air fryer transforms cooked pasta into a crisp, snackable treat with those irresistible crunchy edges. They are basically the ultimate savory snack for when you want something different from regular chips.

The whipped feta dip takes it over the top. It comes together in about two minutes in a food processor and blends feta, Greek yogurt, garlic, and olive oil into a creamy, tangy dip that pairs perfectly with the crispy pasta.

You can easily customize this recipe too. Rigatoni works great, but other shapes like penne or farfalle are just as good, especially ones that are easy to grab and dip. Whole wheat, veggie, or gluten free pasta all work well. Swap in different cheeses if they grate nicely, and adjust the seasonings to your taste with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, pepper, or any favorite spice blend.

Fun, crispy, and totally snack worthy, these air fryer pasta chips are perfect for parties, movie nights, or whenever you are craving something crunchy and a little unexpected.

Recipe Tips

  • Cook pasta just to al dente. Avoid overcooking on the stovetop since the pasta will continue to cook and crisp up in the air fryer.

  • Work in batches. Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket. Cooking too many at once can lower the temperature and prevent the chips from crisping properly.

  • Shake during cooking. Give the basket a few shakes while air frying to help the pasta chips crisp evenly on all sides.
