With this air fryer rotisserie chicken method, you get juicy, tender meat with beautifully crisp and flavorful skin right at home. If you’re searching for easy dinner recipes, this one brings that classic rotisserie flavor without needing a trip to the store.

It has the same comforting appeal as the popular rotisserie chickens everyone loves, with golden skin on the outside and moist chicken inside. The air fryer helps everything cook evenly while keeping the texture especially crisp.
If you’re making a stuffed chicken, you’ll want to allow a little extra cooking time and loosely cover it with foil during the first part of cooking so the skin doesn’t darken too quickly.
For larger chickens over five pounds, using an extra-large air fryer works best to give the chicken enough room to cook properly and evenly.
