Ingredients

  • 3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts about 1.5-2 lbs
  • 8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded (divided half)
  • 1/4 cup Frank's Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Hidden Valley ranch powder or homemade ranch mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, ranch seasoning, half of the cheddar cheese, and buffalo sauce until smooth and well combined.
  3. Arrange the chicken breasts in a single layer in the bottom of a casserole dish. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top, then sprinkle with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake for 25–35 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite sides.

Notes

  • Chicken can be cut into halves, chunks, or replaced with tenderloins for easier serving. Keep in mind that smaller pieces may cook more quickly.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. The chicken reheats well, or can be shredded and mixed into the sauce for a dip.
