These Cream Cheese Stuffed Sausage Balls are super easy to make with only 4 simple ingredients. These have become my go-to recipe for any party with a big group and I take every chance I can to make them and share! Once you make them for yourself, you’ll see why!

These are by far the best sausage balls we’ve ever made. Trust me, make a double batch because they will go fast! They’re easy to grab and go! You don’t need utensils for this yummy treat. Put a few on a plate or napkin and you’re good to go!

Prep Time 15 minutes
Cook Time 25 minutes
Total Time 40 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb hot sausage, uncooked
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/4 cups Bisquick
  • 4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Mix all ingredients until well combined. (I use my stand mixer with the dough hook attachment) Roll into 1-inch balls. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until brown.
