These Creamy Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Roll Ups are fun to make and even more fun to eat! Lasagna noodles stuffed with a creamy chicken mixture, rolled up and topped with alfredo sauce and cheese. A simple weeknight dinner recipe that the whole family will love.
These rolls can be made and eaten right away or frozen for an even easier weeknight dinner later on. It’s only requires a few simple ingredients that are easy to find!

Make them the night before and then place them in the refrigerator for the next day. I do recommend adding another about 15 minutes to the baking time because the roll ups will be cold since they were in the refrigerator.
Double this recipe and put one pan in the freezer for later. It’s the perfect way to meal prep for those busy nights.
Assemble the dish in a freezer friendly and oven safe dish. Instead of baking it, cover dish and put it in the freezer for up to three months.
When ready to prepare the roll ups, remove from fridge and let thaw overnight.
Bake according to directions, but allow for an additional 5-10 minutes of bake time because the dish is cold to start with.
If you forget to thaw it you can bake from frozen. We recommend covering the dish with aluminum foil while baking. Bake covered for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake until bubbly and golden brown on top, about 20-30 minutes.
