Smoked Salmon Pasta Salad

This salmon pasta salad is packed with flavor and comes together in a simple, delicious way. With tender pasta, smoky salmon, and crunchy croutons, it’s one of those easy dinner recipes that feels light yet satisfying enough for a full meal.

Smoked salmon works especially well in this salad because it adds plenty of flavor without needing any extra cooking. For a different variation, cooked salmon can also be used after it has completely cooled and been broken into pieces.

The combination of creamy pasta, savory salmon, and crisp croutons creates a great balance of texture in every bite. A sprinkle of fresh dill adds even more freshness and pairs perfectly with the smoky flavor of the salmon.

If making the salad ahead of time, it’s best to store the croutons separately in an airtight container and mix them in right before serving. The pasta salad should stay tightly covered in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy.

The croutons stay crunchy for a while after being added, but the salad is at its best when served fresh. A little extra dill on top just before serving makes a simple finishing touch.
