  • 1 large Avocados, or 2 medium, diced

  • 1/4 Cup Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice, freshly squeezed if possible
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Honey, or agave
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1/4 Cup Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
