Bang Bang Shrimp Rice Bowls

Bang Bang Shrimp Rice Bowls are loaded with crispy shrimp, fresh crunchy toppings, and the signature sweet and spicy Bang Bang sauce inspired by Bonefish Grill. Packed with bold flavor and texture, they’re one of those easy dinner recipes that feel fresh, satisfying, and incredibly customizable.

The creamy Bang Bang sauce brings the perfect balance of sweetness and heat without being overpowering. Made with just a few ingredients, it’s simple to prepare at home and adds plenty of flavor to every bite of shrimp and rice.

These rice bowls can easily be adapted depending on preference or what’s already on hand. Cauliflower rice or brown rice both work well, while the shrimp can be air fried, grilled, steamed, or sautéed for different textures and flavors.

The fresh toppings add extra crunch and freshness that balance the rich, creamy sauce perfectly. Everything comes together into a meal that feels hearty while still staying light and vibrant.

Bang Bang sauce also works well beyond these bowls and can be stored in the refrigerator for about a week. Making extra is always a good idea since it pairs deliciously with all kinds of meals throughout the week.
