Ingredients
- 8 bone in skin on chicken thighs
- 1 cup of flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup oil for frying chicken
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 5 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 Tbs butter, i used salted
- 2 Tbs of the seasoned flour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp dried basil
