- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter melted
for the cheesecake filling:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup cream cheese softened
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
for the homemade Apple Filling Option:
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 3-4 medium apples peeled, cored and diced in to 1/4-inch cubes
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 3 Tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 Tablespoon + 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 Tablespoons water
