Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast
- 1 small onion
- 1 carrot
- 4 cauliflower florets , about 1 cup
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp breadcrumb
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
For coating:
- 2 cups breadcrumb
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cooking oil

- Parchment paper is great to make cleaning easier.
