Ingredients
  • 2 chicken breast
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 4 cauliflower florets , about 1 cup
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp breadcrumb
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
For coating
  • 2 cups breadcrumb
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cooking oil
