  • 15 oz albacore tuna fish (drained)

  • 1/2 cup chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
  • 1/2 cup black olives, cut in half
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
  • salt and black pepper
  • 3 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • zest of 1 lemon
