This lemon pepper baked chicken thighs recipe makes a great easy family dinner. It’s a simple oven-baked chicken thighs dish that is perfect for stress-free weeknight dinners. The chicken is juicy, tender and packed with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 to 2.5 lbs bone in skin on chicken thighs
  • 1 whole lemon juice
  • 1 Tbs lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 Tbs butter ( divided among chicken thighs)

Instructions

    Brief Direction:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F
  2. Place chicken thighs unto baking sheet
  3. Squeeze lemon juice unto chicken thighs and set aside
  4. Combine all spices and salt
  5. Sprinkle spice mixture unto both sides of chicken
  6. Top each chicken with butter
  7. Bake chicken for 40 to 45 minutes. If using chicken breast only bake for 25 to 30 minutes
