- ½ cup butter
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 cup vodka
- 2 (28 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes
- 1 pint heavy cream
1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and saute until slightly brown and soft, 5 to 7 minutes.
2. Pour in vodka and let cook for 10 minutes. Mix in crushed tomatoes and cook for 30 minutes. Pour in heavy cream and cook for another 30 minutes.
